Satisfaction Guaranteed - Our Returns/Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges of new and unused items with original hangtags within 30 days of the purchase date, less the original shipping & handling charge. Please use the return instructions and form on the back of the purchase invoice to indicate the reasons for the exchange/return.

You may return a product to us in one of two ways:

1) Use your own shipping carrier. For your protection, we recommend insuring your return package. For non-US addresses, this is the only return shipping option.

2) Use our convenient USPS return option (US addresses only). Use this USPS link-- USPS Return Label--and enter your Order Number in the RMA field. Print the shipping label and affix it to your package. Either give the package to your postal carrier directly or drop it off at your nearest USPS Post Office. This label does not include package insurance. If you choose this option, a $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please return wide brim hats in the original packaging to prevent shipping damage. Please affix the return label from your invoice onto the package.
