Whether I'm on a rigorous 8-day climb in the North Cascades or working at our tree nursery, I pretty much live in Solumbra. It's not only great head-to-toe sun protection, it's amazingly rugged, too. Unfortunately, I had to retire my first pair of Solumbra pants after this last climbing trip. They had impressively withstood five years of punishing abuse.
